Stages
Chaque stage se déroule en forêt, il est important de prendre du matériel en conséquence (chaussures adaptées, sacs de couchage, habits chauds (même en été), etc.), une liste vous sera donnée à votre inscription.
Stages en individuels
Le développement personnel et spirituel est avant tout un temps à soi et pour soi, selon moi. La majorité des stages que je propose se font en individuel ou par 2 si désiré (couple, famille, amis, etc. sur demande), ceci afin de pouvoir être un maximum présent à soi.
Comme j’aime à dire: « Tout est à l’intérieur de nous« , c’est pour cela qu’en étant seul(e), il est beaucoup plus facile d’atteindre le but recherché. Que ce soit une reconnexion à soi, une quête de vision (prochainement disponible), la construction d’un tambour, ou une connexion aux esprits de la Nature, par exemple.
Nous avons toutes et tous, tous les outils en nous pour y parvenir. Je ne suis là qu’en tant qu’éclaireur, pour vous accompagner à retrouver cela en vous, à l’aide de vos guides et vos aliers. Pour retrouver cette connexion et pouvoir en capter l’essence même, il est important de pouvoir se retirer un maximum de toute activité humaine et surtout du bruit qui nous entoure.
